Leadership program
STEP 1. ASSESSMENT
The leadership capability scan can be applied to a specific leadership team or the organisation as a whole.
It will give insight into the strengths, weaknesses, growth potential and performance of your current leadership population.
By mapping these into business functions and the strategic ambitions, we help you identify potential gaps and growth opportunities as well as answer questions such as, do you have the right type of leaders.
STEP 2. COACHING
The coaching program supports leaders in discovering their strengths and incorporating them into their leadership role.
Boosting not only their leadership performance and experience, but also their personal wellbeing.
The result is a shift in mindset and behaviour, such as stronger self-awareness, more authentic leadership, better collaboration, and clearer talent insight for succession and workforce planning.
STEP 3. WORKSHOP
In these workshops leaders get the opportunity to step out of their daily routine and learn about:
- Strengths-based leadership and the benefits for teams and the organisations
