When teams underperform, experience conflict or lack collaboration, results suffer and people’s energy drops. Even high-performing teams can plateau without shared goals and deliberate improvement.
Light Up Your Talent offers strengths-based team workshops that helps teams step out of their daily routine, better understand each other and discover how to use their natural strengths more effectively at work. The half-day workshop combines reflection, interaction and practical exercises to help the team build clarity, connection and momentum. It is a practical and positive way to bring people together. Teams leave with a shared language, more appreciation for each other’s contribution and clear ideas for improving collaboration.
The sessions work well as part of a team day, offsite, development moment or energising team event. It can also be used as part of a broader people, team, leadership or culture development initiative.

These half-day workshops can be booked as stand-alone sessions or as a tailored sequence based on the team’s needs.

Individual strengths
During this half day workshop, the team members will get to know each other (person behind the role). They will define actions to positively impact their work experience (performance, relationship and wellbeing).
WORKSHOP 2
Team strengths
During this half day workshop, the team will get insight into the strengths the team and how they can optimise these and mitigate the risks. They will explore collaboration opportunities based on complementary strengths.
WORKSHOP 3
Team goals
During this half day workshop, the team will get insight into the team’s aspiration and be supported in not only designing sustainable goals but also exploring how they can each be of value and contribute to the team’s success.
WORKSHOP 4
Team effectiveness
During this half day workshop, the team will focus on the enablers and blockers of team success and work on transforming awareness into inspired actions leading to effective teamwork and business results.
WORKSHOP 5
Team agility
During this half day workshop, the team will learn about change agility based on strengths and learn how they can become more change agile. They will also explore opportunities for continuous stretch and improvement.
FOLLOW-UP SESSION
Team progress
During this half day peer learning session, the team will explore opportunities to embed their learnings into their work environment to bring about sustained positive results for both the team and the business.
